Consumers are entitled to the right of withdrawal for contracts concluded in our app.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Himzo Tahić, Hohenzollerndamm 198A, 10717 Berlin, Germany, Phone: +49 176 4763 4079, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal regarding this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
If you have expressly agreed that the service is to be provided before the expiration of the withdrawal period and have confirmed your understanding that your right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract (access to our Silna Arc App), your right of withdrawal expires prematurely.
